I decided to create a recruitment and consultancy business where I could make a difference to both employee and employer. I have worked with all age groups. Having over 20 years experience in four main sectors, and qualifications, of which Jakx Recruitment and Consultancy will specialise in:
- Officer/Consultant - Working for a Training provider and Recruitment agency
- Qualified CIPD L5 (associate)
- Managed over 500 accounts
I have also Managed, Deputised and Mentored in the above roles.
Having this experience, I feel I can empathise with employees and employers, whether it be for a temporary or permanent post, giving full support on all occasions, with the added knowledge of working in that role.
I am extremely passionate and feel that communication and honesty are the main attributes when dealing with Candidates and Clients.
I aim to deliver the very best service I can. To do this I strive to succeed! I believe that being supportive, having good communication skills, being friendly and understanding everyone’s individuality, encourages and engages people into working harder.
I pride myself on all of the above, plus being professional. I continually take into consideration the full needs of the candidate and client, by always matching the right person to the right role.

If you would like me to recruit on your behalf, JRC offers very competitive and fair rates. I would like to meet with the Manager/Team leader of the setting where staffing is required. This way I feel I will be able to get a better understanding of the team and setting.I will then sift through all CV’s received and interview the most suitable. I feel this is a better way of getting to know the individual as a CV does not tell you what a person is like and whether he/she is suitable for the position on offer. I will then pass on the successful candidate CV’s for you then to interview. This process will endeavour to save your company time and money.
